Lawrence (Larry) Berry grew up on a small farm in rural Madison County in Northwest Arkansas. Larry graduated from Huntsville High School in 1999 and studied Writing at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway until 2004.
A few years after relocating back to Northwest Arkansas, Larry entered the University of Arkansas Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science Department and earned a degree in Environmental, Soil, and Water Science in 2010.
Larry worked for the Watershed Conservation Resource Center (WCRC) in Fayetteville from May 2009 to September 2013, and served as the WCRC’s Natural Resource Specialist for the past two years.
Larry accepted the position of Program Technician with the Arkansas Discovery Farm Program in August 2013. He will oversee field and lab duties associated with the Discovery Farm program's water quality research in the Ozark/Boston Mountain and Arkansas River Valley farming regions.
Larry is married to Mandy and they have a son, Cyrus. Larry works from the University of Arkansas campus in the Crop, Soil, and Environmental Sciences department.
